One of the services that The Historium offers is to Real Estate Agents and Buyers. If you are looking for a historic house, you aren’t just looking for a house. You are looking for a deeper connection to the people that lived there before you.

There is a lot you can pick up just from visiting a house, the fixtures and updates, the lot size and shape, all of this information can help you learn more about the people who built their lives in the home. But there is a lot more to be learned about these houses than meets the eye.

That’s where we come in, we have set up our Real Estate Packages so that you as a real estate agent, or the buyer directly can find out information about the houses you are looking at. We will do the research and find out as much as we can about the home so that you can make an informed decision about whether that is the place for you.  Then when the final decision is made, you as the real estate agent, can offer your client an expanded report, especially designed to help them enjoy their new house, and pridefully display and keep a copy of the history behind the house.  Otherwise, you can offer your clients an oportunity to buy from us directly and take advantage of our Referral Incentives.
